Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to alter the training date and venue due to operational reasons. Should this be necessary, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative date/venue.
2. Should the alternative date/venue not be acceptable to you, we will refund any monies paid by you, to us, minus a £10.00 administration charge, and the contract will be deemed as cancelled.
3. In the event of a course cancellation by us, all monies paid by you, to us, will be refunded.
4. In the event of a course cancellation by you, if within 7 working days of the scheduled course date, all monies paid by you, to us, will be non-refundable. If outside 7 working days, all monies paid by you, to us, will be refunded minus the £10.00 administration charge, and the contract will be deemed as cancelled.
5. Our working week is Monday to Friday, and these constitute 'working days'.
6. This does not affect your Statutory Rights in any way.
